Since opening its doors in October 2000, Sound N Logic has built a reputation for quality workmanship, award-winning installations, and exceptional customer service. Founded by Travis Thompson in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, the business began with remote car starters and dealership installations. What started as a small operation quickly grew into a trusted destination for innovative electronics, custom installations, and advanced technology solutions.

In 2002, Sound N Logic expanded by opening a second location in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. As the business continued to grow, Travis took over as the sole owner in 2003, closing the Chippewa Falls location to focus on expanding the Rice Lake operation.

In 2004, Sound N Logic purchased its building at 430 N. Main Street in Rice Lake, providing a larger showroom, office space, a graphics room, and a four-bay installation shop. Over the years, continued growth and a commitment to serving customers' evolving needs made it clear that an even larger, more capable facility was needed.

A New Chapter in 2026

In 2026, Sound N Logic reached another major milestone with the opening of its new, state-of-the-art facility in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Designed with both customers and installers in mind, the new building features a custom showroom and a significantly expanded installation area, allowing the team to better accommodate larger vehicles, campers, boats, and other specialized projects.

This new facility represents more than just growth. It reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in the latest technology, improving the customer experience, and delivering the quality workmanship our customers have come to expect.
